Well, well, well...
C'mon guys, what's up here?? 355 members not able to compete with 123 people using Amiga??
I think more or less we're all in this #&%³§ computer business (thus having machines with enough power), so *}?ß& run the client fulltime!
Let's kick some ...errm... bodyparts! ;-)

now i wish i hadnt spent so much time screwing off today. i spent 3 hours on scandisk for my 500mhz,(seti off) then the past 2 and a half hours fragging my son and wife in q3 test, on the 500 and the 550. (no seti) not to worry though, i got 3 units coming off before midnight.

casc, yes it was fun with my wife, but my son gave me a spanking. he had a little advantage though, 50mhz more than me, and he got a voodoo3 2000, and i am stuck with a banshee. he only beat me by 1 frag every game.

Looks like you were right fredro, those guys are fighting you tooth and nail for that position but you look to be holding your own and soon to be in the top 20. Lets keep up the fight!

Now for the News.
I just brought on line my K5-133 OC 160, looks like it will crank out a unit every 120 hours. Stand Back. Know what? I'll take it.

I just Networked my thee (3) machines at home together and after I get thru playing, learning, all the in and outs I may try Linux on the K5-133 to see if Seti will run any better on it.

have you been sending your units in on different modems all along? that takes some hard work to keep up with. networking is cool huh?

I once saw it refered to 'sneaker-net'.
Grab a box of floppies n' your sneakers, anyway I've been carrying them from machine to machine on floppy. Still have three (3) machines at work that I have to do that way.

Last night was cool, my granddaughter was using her machine and I needed to get a unit off her machine, enter the newly installed network and no problem, she did not even know that I was there.
