Check out this link. http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/stats/cpus.html
It is from the Seti CPU stats link. It says that out of all the work units contributed to Seti only 130 as of this writting have been cruched by Athlons. Oddly enough that is exactly my personal stats on my Athlon. Is Seti@home covering up the mighty power of Anthlon? You decide. GO GET EM' FREDO!

what does seti know i saw an interview with some headdork of seti and he was saying they could do optimizations coz that would mean they have to optimize a 100 000 different versions just for the pc alone.

so no 3DNow support. Im just here for the team :-) .

regards,

Pieter

Hopefully they will give my Athlon 600 credit once I build the computer it will be in. One thing, my case will be a Enlight Desktop ATX with a 300 Watt power supply on a ABIT KA7. You can see the case at http://www.directron.com/endesatx3064.html

I know this is off topic, but I found a hardware modem from several websites, It is a 3COM/USR 2777 PCI 56k/v.90 modem, with a price range from $51.00 to $69.00. The S@H website still shows 130 WU done by Athlons
