I got back from vacation and discovered I need to upgrade to 3.0. I tried to go to the Seticache website to see how 3.0 would effect cacheing and discovered it's not there any more. What gives? Will I still be able to cache 3.0? Any thoughts on a simular program called Seti Driver? Cacheing is important to me as I only log on every few days and don't want the machine to log on automaticaly.

I'm using SETIDrive 1.5 together with Seti 3.0 on a Windows 98 SE system. SETIDriver looks like a very comfortable and stable Caching device to me. The only bug I discovered so far was that SetiDriver does not seem to be able to change the priority settings for Seti CL under Windows 98 SE by itself. Only if you change the priority manually with TaskInfo once, SetiDriver will use this priority on the next programm start.

You can change from SetiCache to SetiDriver with the help of the little batch file from the SetiCache Website or by renaming the Cache-Folders ("1" instead of "01" etc.) and moving them into the SetiDriver directory.

Thanks I'm up and running again with Seti Driver. I haven't had the problem with priority you mentioned. In fact I am quite satisfied. When Seti Driver set priority high, it means high! My whole system bogged down (except for Seti) Running on normal priority now.
