the rules Eligible are all netizens who wish to support "Get 3DNow!". Underage participants require the consent of their parents or legal guardian to participate and/or disclose personal information. No purchase possible or necessary, shipping of prizes is the responsibility of the sponsor alone. www.3DNow.Org cannot be held liable for any damage, however fictional, resulting from participation in this sweepstake. Entering into the survey or signing up to the campaign mailing list will not enhance or reduce your chances to win but is of course very welcome. Personal data, as far as required for the sweepstake, will not be shared with parties outside www.3DNow.Org staff and will not be made available to sponsors for any reason other than the shipping of prizes to the winners. Data generated from participation in the sweepstake will be purged after completion. One entry per day per person permitted. People signing up more than once a day will be disqualified from winning any of the prizes. Daily prizes are drawn from all participants of the day. Which day we're in will be announced on the entry form page, it is your responsibility to make sure you are not submitting twice. Drawings will be held daily, when possible or as shortly after closing of the day as possible. Weekly Slam prizes are drawn from all participants of the week under the same rule. Weekly Slam prizes will be awarded July 14 and July 21. Winners not answering to the prize notification within 72 hours upon transmission of the winner alert forfeit their prizes and new winners will be drawn from the eligible participants for the day or Weekly Slam Prize. The sweepstake runs from July 7 4pm EST to July 21 4pm EST. We encourage all participants to fill out our survey form voluntarily (and just once, please). Data from this survey will be kept anonymously and is intended to be used to argue the cause of www.3DNow.Org when dealing with companies. We realize the data gathered is valuable marketing information these companies are eager to gain access to and will treat it as the valuable commodity it is. Please do your share not to taint it by giving complete and truthful answers, it will greatly help to give www.3DNow.Org the punch it requires to succeed. These answers, to repeat it, will not be linked to any identifying property like your sweepstake entry or email address. If you wish to support the Get 3DNow! campaign for the proliferation of 3DNow! support, you may sign yourself up with our campaign list. We ask for your real name and email address and will send out a monthly newsletter detailing our progress to keep everyone posted.
